Please note that any emails you receive from us in reply to you completing the 'Contact us' form above, are classed as “TRANSACTIONAL EMAILS” under the new GDPR Regulations, i.e. they are responding to your request for a quotation or further information specific to a job that is being considered to be placed (or may be placed at a future time) by you with us.
Our emails may contain requests for information/artwork files etc. this is to enable us to process your request and achieve the correct pricing, artwork, printing, finishing, delivery and payment information and options on any job.
It is not our intention to collect any personal data from you, and we do not share any ‘ job data’ we do receive from you with any third party other than for the purpose of providing a specialist support or delivery/courier/shipping service to us, to enable us to complete your job as and when required. Any information that we do receive from you during the course of the ‘transaction’ will only be held for the duration of completing the job or process for you, and then erased.
Other than in the case of raised Invoices which are required to be kept for the statutory duration required on us by HMRC.
